Kickoff Meeting / Needs Analysis
The client kickoff meeting is one of the most important steps in the process. Our Executive Recruiters will utilize this meeting to gain a comprehensive understanding of your company, the responsibilities of the position, and the key qualifications and personality attributes of the ideal candidate. From this meeting, we create a customized profile and begin developing our search strategy for sourcing candidates from our network of active and passive talent.
Our Executive Recruiters actively seek exceptional candidates through networking and extensive research. After initial screening, qualified candidates are benchmarked against one another to determine which candidates will make the final cut and be presented to the client. During this process we check in regularly with the client to discuss emerging candidates and ensure a perfect placement.
Once a strong slate of candidates has been constructed, we begin facilitating interviews between the client and the candidates. We schedule the meetings, prepare candidates, and debrief with both hiring managers and candidates after each interview. We gauge first impressions, determine interest, and start to close process with the top-rated candidates.
Once a finalist is identified, we work with you and the candidate to remove obstacles, assist in the negotiation process, and build consensus among stakeholders. After an offer is extended, we continue to work with you and your new placement to ensure a successful transition.
Post-Closing / Follow Up
Following a search’s conclusion, we remain in close contact with both clients and candidates as they begin their professional relationship together. We are a business built on relationships, and our clients’ and placed candidates’ success is critical to our success.
